Make someone’s day fabulous with a gorgeous flower bouquet from our shop…..all bouquets are custom designed with the recipient in mind, using favorite colors, flowers or fragrances. Arrangements can be done in vases or “repurposed” containers (mason canning jars are very popular now!) or simply wrapped in colorful paper with a ribbon bow and delivered for the recipient to arrange in their own vase.

Christmas, Hanukkah and New Years is but a memory now and we are quickly approaching Valentines Day! It may be cold and icy outside but the shop is filled with fragrant and beautiful flowers in colors and textures that will warm you right up. Lots of tulips, hyacinths and pussy willows tease us with Springtime that will soon be here. Think out of the box for Valentines Day…instead of roses send a bouquet of red and purple ranunculus, or delicious smelling hot pink hyacinths, or try a large bouquet of flowering branches such as quince or forsythia! Stephanie can also fill your own special containers, vases, dishes, or whatever repurposed item you love with flowers. Compotes and cake stands can be used to design fantastic floral arrangements…..imagine a “flower cake” on that antique cake stand. Vintage candle holders and candleabra are also gorgeous when adorned with greens and flowers….tiny placecard holders for your dining table can be made with single flower heads attached to napkin rings.

Call ahead for Valentines Day deliveries or store pick ups…we will be open till 7:30 p.m. on Valentines Day, and as always, delivery in Poolesville is free.
